On these ancient terroirs, we strive to create contemporary wines of place that will evolve with the landscape.
In other words, the more we succeed in bringing the landscape to life, allowing it to express its full vitality, the more our wines will gain in complexity, finesse, and depth. This is a challenge we embarked on five years ago, and we are already seeing its incredible results!

ALONG THE CANAL DU MIDI
Our lands bordering the Aude and the Canal du Midi are our experimental territory!

We imagine new forms of cultivation and create modern, fashionable wines and drinks, in line with our new way of being in the world:

•⁠ ⁠Les N°6, a wine-based drink, fresh and lightly sparkling,
•⁠ ⁠Our N°9 wines, as well as our N°9 low-alcohol cuvées designed for a light and modern tasting experience,
• Les Étonnants, wines made from "Resistant Grape Varieties" (= less need for water or treatments)
• Varietal Juices, 100% pure fresh fruit juice, organic. Best enjoyed chilled!

SUR NOS AOPs
Sur ces anciens terroirs, nous nous attachons à créer des vins de lieux, contemporains, qui évolueront avec le paysage.

C’est-à-dire que plus nous réussirons à rendre le paysage vivant, à lui permettre d’exprimer toute sa vitalité, plus nos vins gagneront en complexité, finesse, profondeur. C’est un défit enclenché il y a cinq ans et dont nous constatons déjà les incroyables effets !

We move forward with a simple conviction: a domain is only alive if it evolves, if it listens to its land and if it dares to imagine new paths.

Our ambition is to create distinctive, contemporary wines and drinks open to the world; to cultivate vibrant and fertile landscapes, capable of welcoming life in all its forms.
