Blend: Syrah, Carignan, Grenache.
Terroir: “High Terrace” plot of Gravel, fine clay and limestone.
Winemaking & Aging
Vinification by plot and by grape variety in concrete tanks.
Aged for 18 months in amphorae and barrels
(400 L, dried under Burgundy and southwest climate).
Discussion of the assemblies at M+9, with
the selection of the best barrels and amphorae.

Mediterranean cuisine and traditional French cuisine, meats and vegetables
