The Grey Souvignier
The Grey Souvignier
Tasting notes:
Exotic fruits and vibrant citrus. Crisp and refreshing. Best enjoyed chilled, simply, anytime, right now!
Agreements:
Braised pork ramen or soba noodles with vegetables! More generally: this rosé pairs well with Asian dishes, modern grilled meats, and recipes with umami flavors.
What is a resistant grape variety?
This is a grape variety we created by crossing two other varieties. Much like the ingenious crossbreeding our grandmothers used in their vegetable gardens, the vine becomes stronger and requires less water, fewer treatments, and less care. It adapts better to the climate and allows us to adopt a more eco-responsible approach.
What is a naturally low-alcohol wine?
A naturally low-alcohol wine is simply one whose grapes have produced less sugar, and therefore less alcohol after fermentation—without any dealcoholization or technical process. In short, its low alcohol content is due solely to nature and the winemaker's skill (nothing artificial or chemical)!
